How it works:
In each of the 6 sessions (60min), you will be guided to meditate, channel new words for your book, and receive trainings on how to overcome the inner critic so that you don't get blocked and get your book to the finish line.
This is the exact method I have used to channel 40k words within 30 days - and all my learning is in this course, which you simply follow along with pen and paper.
You’ll also receive a guidebook with all session slides, so you can reflect, take notes, and deepen your process as you go.
